Dale began his career with Cogswell in 2008 as a bond account executive. He graduated from Black Hills State University in 1992 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and graduated from the Risk Management Association Banking School. Upon graduating from college, he worked in the credit/finance field for Norwest Corporation and in the automotive industry. This foundation of financial expertise has proven to be a huge asset to Cogswell Insurance Agency. His ability to think outside-the-box when it comes to problem solving coupled with a natural ability to think like construction company owners has helped him establish long lasting relationships built on honesty, trust, and a can-do attitude.
He is an active member of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers and the Montana Contractors Association. He has two grown children which he has donated many hours as a coach. In his spare time, he enjoys just about anything involving Montana’s great outdoors.
