Tim Lightbourne graduated from Carroll College in 1984 with a BA in Accounting and Business Admin. In 1987 he became a CPA. Following graduation, he moved to Great Falls and started his career in the Non-Profit world, at Northern Rocky MTN Easter Seal, where held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). After 15 years with them he further his career at Pondera Medical Center as CFO and Co-Administrator.
In 2001 he was successful in securing a position with Cogswell Insurance Agency, LLC as a Bond Account Executive. He was brought on as a continuity plan and in 2010 he was appointed bond manager where he holds that title today.
During his time at Cogswell, he has attended both Level II and III schooling William J Angell, at National Association of Surety Bond Producer, NASPB. He was awarded Outstanding Student of both classes, an award that is agreed on by his fellow students.
Tim has always been an active member of the community. He served as Chairman of the finance committee on the University Of Providence Board Of Trustees, he served on his church council where he was council Chairman. He volunteers for Family Promise and he currently belongs to the Montana Officials Association. In prior years spent numerous time coaching basketball, baseball and football in the Great Falls area.
