Colin Lee began his career in the financial industry with Bank of America in Phoenix, AZ as a banker in 1999. He later became a Vice President and managed a territory in the East Valley. After 10 successful years, he and his family decided to move back to Great Falls, MT. Since 2009, Colin has worked in the insurance industry as a Commercial Insurance Producer for Cogswell Insurance Agency. He later became the Sales Manager and now serves as the President. Colin is particularly focused on working with agents, clients, and insurance carriers to implement risk management processes that provide value, as well as a reduction in future premiums.
Colin is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He has also earned the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS), Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS), Specialist in Safety and Health (SSH) General Industry and SSH Construction Industry. Colin retired from Montana Air National Guard in 2022 where he held the position of Senior Master Sargent (SMSgt) and was the Human Resource Advisor (HRA) for the 120th Airlift Wing working with leadership and airmen leveraging Diversity and Inclusion with a focus on how to build teams through graduated stages of learning. He currently serves on the executive board of the Military Affairs Committee (MAC), serves as a school board trustee for the Highwood Public Schools, serves as the president for the Highwood Public School Foundation, and is member and past president for the Rotary Club of Great Falls.
Colin's hobbies include spending time with his family, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, fishing, camping, most sports, and travel.
